This is something I'm sure I should be able to find with search but I'm having no luck.

I've got a CDN setup for x3200 & I need to add another set to it. I was going to copy an existing set, but I can't work out how to print a list of sets that already work with this CDN. Can someone explain please?

CDN and a set are two different things. A CDN is usually the pilot number for your callpilot messaging, or symposium. Are you asking about a acd queue? What does ext 3200 do when you dial it now?

If it is basic ACD then print the CDN should see a DFDN, if you print that DFDN number in LD 20 (prt, DNB) you will see the members of the ACD group if that is what it is. Then print one of the TN's you see in the list and that will give you an idea of the config

KEY 0 ACD <queue no> <clid table> <ACID number>

I'm obviously being dumb here, but I assume by printing the CDN that's the 3200 DN? That just gives -

I don't think anything is still setup to Symposium, I've been told the last users got migrated to Netcall in the past month or so. Our Callpilot is on 2799.

Go into LD 23 and PRT CDN - that will give you a DFDN which is where your phones are built
