add a new user on the as400

how can i add a new user on the as400?
we run a server based app that points to the 400. the user is setup correctly on the server, it is just being denied by the 400. any help would be great

The command on the 400 is crtusrprf, F4 to prompt.

you can always do wrkusrprf *all, and look at everybodies profiles, and copy one,, and before you ask,,,, no you cannot "see" their password.
