Have IP Office 11.0.4.4 Server Edition, currently Primary/secondary server and 4 IP500V2. Calls come in on E1 ISDN (ETSI) lines Prefix set 9, National set 0 and international set 00 against the Lines.

Calls come in on lines of IP500v2 Gateways A & B and answered on IP500v2 Gateway C for example. I see the National/International Prefixes added to the call log but never the Line Prefix (9). If I alter the National to 90 and the international to 900 against the lines I see it correct in the call log and can return the call from the log. It is just with the 9 against the prefix it never seems to show.

The phones using call logs are all digital's (9508's).

Put the 9 into the national/international prefixes ie. 90/900.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

and local calls or anything with call type unknown?

Check a monitor trace on what you are receiving from the provider. What I have seen in the past is that the provider is sending +18005551212 and the system sees the + as international call hence why the international prefix is affecting it. What Sizbut suggests should resolve your issue but its really just you accounting for the provider adding the +.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
