We have a customer that had multiple projects going on at once. They were deploying 3rd party licenses on 9.0 and upgrading to R10. Unfortunately they ordered 3rd party R9 ADI licenses that were received after the R10 upgrade. So now we have system running R10 with PLDS licensing and we are unable to upload the R9 3rd party IP endpoint ADI licenses. Is there any way to convert these R9 ADI licenses to R10 PLDS?

I think it is possible as the licenses are bound to the same SD card, your distri must try harder or you call APAC for assistance referring to the IPOSS contract.
