I have a situation where an AD8 on a proII needs to answer a call from outside and after a one key dial from caller, hookflash the co line and send the call to another number using centrex transfer.. I know how to accomplish this using off-site transfer on the proII (I dont have the correct software rev on the pro to do this.) I cant figure out how to use the ad8 to transfer a caller to another number. Is this possible to accomplish?? thanks!
