Hi,

I have a problem, I need to migrate my current Win2k DC's across to vmware, problem is the hardware will be in different, more impotantly the RAID/SCSI controlller wil be different.

Is it at all possible to get AD back up and running without the same scsi hardware? I want to be able to put a replica of my current Dc's back online for DR also, using vmware seems the way forward, but migrating does not seem as easy as I first thought.

Any pointers, TIA.

Dean

It's ok I have an answer, install the vm-ware scsi driver disk on the Dc's, then run a system state backup, I'm testing this today :)
