AD not updating outlook client

AD on Windows 2000 server is NOT updating the Outlook client titlebar when I do a name change on the profile, account, X400, and all other fields I can find to change them on within the account administrator. Do I need to force a client update somehow? Did I miss something?

Did you ever get a resolution for this issue? I have a similar problem.

Unfortunately, I had to delete and reassociate the mailbox with a new Exchange account in order to fix the problem. If anyone has an alternate solution I'm all ears.

It would be better to strip the exchange attributes then reassociate. That way the SID is preserved.
