Hi,
Cannot find the answer to this anywhere -
I makes changes to AD, such as Groups, users etc, but they do not filter through to Exchange 2003 until 2 days later on some occasions. Is there a way to force the changes as we work in an environment (dont we all!) where the MD wants changes reflected now!!
Thanx
G

have you tried "gpupdate" at the command line on the destination

Hi,
As far as I was aware that only affect's changes made to the policies within AD..

These are changes made to users, email addresses, group memberships etc. For example if I add a new Group, assign an email address & users it takes 2 days to appear in the GAL or even in the address list within Outlook.

Cheers

well if you want to force an update for exchange you can go into excahnge system manager and run up date now on the update service that would help also to force replication in ad you need to go into ad sites and service to do that part
