Help with await answer transfer to external line with more than 4 rings.
I am a new admin to PBX. I have a subscriber that wanted to transfer to his home phone on await answer with 8 rings. The problem is, it is working with 4 rings (default) or less. However, around 4 rings, it seem the IPS 2000 has a timer that takes it over and releases the call instead of coming back to VM. At that point his answer machines takes over at home (~10 rings). It seem like what ever ring value I have above 4 is being release around 20 seconds after the call is transferred. What PBX programming can I check?
It is a simple set-up with a couple of POT lines for outgoing to do the transfer.
