Is there a way to access your voicemail box from an extenison other than your own if that extenison has a security code

Yes.......

Dial the voicemail pilot number

When the VM Ansers press * 2 #

When the main greeting plays dial 9 PLUS your extension

VM will ask you for YOUR sec code.....

Is there a way to setup voicemail boxes for several users on one extenison I have users that share one phone extenison but would like there own voicemail I have tried the one key dialing but with no luck.

Yes you can setup guest voicemail boxes. Are you a System Administrator?

One key dialing will not work with this set up. Basically a subscriber box can 'sponsor" guests.
