I have an AD-40 voice mail system. I have once mail box that now, all of a sudden, will give a busy signal after the person greeting.
So it rings, voice mail picks up, you hear the greating and right after the beep, you get a busy signal and can't leave a message.

Any Idea's ??

Thanks

I had a similar problem

In my case the user recoded their greeting and pressed the wrong button to stop the recording. The voicemail system recorded the greeting and the DTMF tone. It couldn't deliver the caller to record the greeting because it was trying to
execute an option that wasn't available.

Try re-recording the greeting and the recorded name.

Thanks very much for your suggestion.

I actually ended up deleting the voice mail box and re-creating it. that seemed to solve the problem. I did that right before I got your suggestion, will try it if it happens again.

Thanks again..
