I have problem the ACWin SL can not call to the extension number which set call Forwarding (both internal or external).
Could you please advise me
1. When ACWin is calling directly to this extension number then it show status STEP or RING as screenshot
2. What is mean status STEP or RING and the user how to do when found this status ?
3. However if when user received a call and transfer call to this extension then it show status STEP or RING too but can transfered.

It's because in ZAND ATND you have COD "Control of Diversion" set to YES. STEP means step on to the forwarded destination, RING means ignore the divert and ring the extn.

If you don't want that, set COD to NO.

Hi,Moriendi now is working after change COD =NO ,
Pls. advise how to use function step or ring.Thank you

Under the "buttons" window, there should be a DES (feature activation for one call), a STEP, and a RING button. If not there, and you can't add them, then maybe that feature was for MQ only. I can see you have DQ installed. Interesting that DQ still prompts Step or Ring, but if those buttons aren't there, you can't use the feature.

I don't know if the buttons are there or not, I can't see from your screenshot. But I think if they were there, you'd have noticed.

RING as Moriendi has said is to override a forwarding - to do that on a standard phone you have to add a value for FWDIGNOR in WABE.
ADD-WABE:**444,,,FWDIGNOR,N;
Then Dial the code (example **444) you get dial tone and then dial the extension - it will ring the actual phone and not forward to the phone's forwarding destination.

In the Operator Console it is used if the user has forgotten to take off a forwarding to voice mail for example or if the Operator thinks that the call is urgent enough.
