ACW not working

So far I'm stumped. I am getting reports from a few users that on some calls when they attempt to use the ACW buttton it simply blinks at them and does not place them in ACW. We have over 400 stations all programmed the same, the Logins are all identical. Not sure what else to look at. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If you are sure they are hitting a button that has ACW on it, you might take a look at the state of the agent when they are attempting this. If they are not logged in or already in ACW the light will just blink.

Apologies if I have misunderstood your post, but if they are on a call the ACW button will flash until they end the call, after which they will be put into ACW

thanks for the replies. I think they may be getting logged out somehow during the call and thats why it wont let them ACW. lets see what testing reveals....
