Actuate 5 with Niku - Error 104

Hi I'm using Niku 6 with Actuate 5 and getting this actuate error

Basic Error: 104
Module: NikuSequential%Start
Line: 17

Caught Java Exception -- java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/niku/reporting/utility/FormatPerLocale

Can anyone point me in the right direction, I checked Niku config, paths, classpath, JRE Java SDK and all appear to be fine. OS is Win2k SP2

You might look into what version of Java Virtual Machine you are running. This looks suspiciously like error messages we receive on Niku 5.2x when Sun JVM is used instead of Microsoft JVM. Niku 5.2x doesn't support Sun JVM, but they claimed this problem was corrected in Niku 6.0. Just an idea.
