Anyone got info on this site? I got it in a email fomr a buddy. Just wanted to see how "good" or "trustyworthy" it was.

Thanks

I would be pretty cautious.

Two comments noted in there.

many customers have made perfect scores on their exams after a few days or reading the files

and

Q: Is there a guarantee of me passing?
A: Of course. Our questions and answers will let you pass the real exam. If this material cannot do it, then probably nothing else can.

Sounds like braindumping to me. I don't see anyway anybody can pass this with studying for just a few days unless your personal experience is with coax, cat-5, fibre - and virtually all protocols ever used.

Fair warning - CompTia - in order to protect the integrity of the test - and keep it a worthwhile certification to have. Will vigorously pursue those places that say send multiple people into testing facilities and take camera shots - enough tests and they get the majority or all of the questions.

These places then sell the answers basically. When Comptia finds them - Those places will happily turn over their customer list for a reduced fine or sentance.

Once Comptia gets those lists - they compare them with their certified list - if you match, I believe you loose your certification for 6 months or another test upgrade.

Microsoft is a bit harsher - they ban you for life.

Dunno for sure, but I would be weary of signing up without some in-depth look into those folks.

Its just not worth it.

You don't hear a lot of good things about them.

So, is this legit? Steer clear or what. i don't want to utilize anything that is not legit.

evil side note. If you don't/can't tell me and I use them and get in trouble- you will have some blame blame for not telling me and everyone else!! evil grin.

non-legit places dont exactly advertise "we're not legit"

So like I advised - check it out in depth.

You want the straight heads-up? Don't do it.

There are too many reputable, "legit" sources for study materials.

now my conscience is clear.

Yes, it IS a brain dump.

About a year ago, there was a guy in my Win2K Server class. He used them and didn't try to hide it. Yes, he got a job before I did, and yes he probably lied his butt off to get the job. (don't know if he's still working there or not). No, he may probably never get caught or turned in, but at least I know I passed my exams by STUDYING rather than by MEMORIZING test questions.

You have to live by your conscience. If you can live by cheating, go for it. Any future employers will know in the first 10 minutes of talking to you if you got your certs by studying or by brain dumping.
