Actual database name for Symposium

Can anyone help me with getting the actual file name of the database server in Symposium. We have a developer onsite that needs this info to connect. Thanks for the help in advance!
 
Look in the beginning sections of the Historical Reporting and Data Dictionary, specifically the Advanced Reporting section.

Nortel shows you how to establish a connection and how the data is organized. You can pull data from "Views". Nortel does not allow direct access to the Sybase database.

This is a case where it pays to follow the documentation. It is clearly (if not very detailed) written.
 
If you are exporting using microsoft excel - think the database name is 'blue' -
