Hi, Would anyone be able to tell me why I'm receiving some zeros against an agent's name in the 'Activity Occurrences' field of an Activity Code Report? The rest are either 1, 2, or 3.
I'm running SECC 4.2.

That is the System Default Activity Code.

It's what appears when the agent does not enter an Activity Code during a call.
