We are having a problem with the transfer button dissapearing intermittently. This is only happening in the department that is using the activity code feature in symposium. We are not having this issue with any of the other symposium users, just the ones with activity code features. Is there a known issue with this that anybody might know of? Or has anybody else heard/have the same problem before? Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions.

We need to know what type of phone they are using and what key is programmed for the activity codes.
A 3905 phone for example has context sensitive keys along the bottom of the display. It may simply be that the transfer key is not shown without scrolling the keys.
