I downloaded a free crystal reports activeX viewer which you can download from the business objects website. It needs to be installed on Internet Information Server and then you can somehow publish crystal reports on an Intranet or the Internet but this system lacks documentation. I did find a troubleshooting document but it doesn't tell where and how to publish the documents (reports).
Go to the Crystal support page and seach on "Deployment" this will point you to a PDF that has in it how to deploy on IIS and windows applications.
