ActiveX Viewer - Setting Parameters

I am using CE 9.0 and ePortfolio. Where can I find a way to set some of the default parameters on the ActiveX Viewer before it loads a report? An example of one of the parameters I want to change is the EnableGroupTree and the DisplayGroupTree. I want to set both of these to False.

Search for activexviewer.asp and edit with notepad or wordpad.

My question is similar. I am using CE 8.5. I have a custom popup window I use elsewhere in my application that I would like to use as a popup parameter picker with ePortfolio. Is it possible to edit the activeX viewer to integrate this and if so, where should I start looking.
