ActiveX plugin not working with Windows XP

Hi,

Anyone seen this? I have a user that was able to install the activex plugin but when they try to view a crystal report online using IE with the plugin, they get a blank window. The window is diffent than the blank window with a red 'X' in the left corner, it just blank. I'm thinking that there must be some security setting that is not allowing the activex plugin to work, but I have not been able to figure out what it is. I have tried all the ActiveX security controls and nothing seems to be working.

Try posting your software vcersion and edition.

I discovered a bug in the CE 8.5 that caused this when certain parameters were used, the service pack later resolved it after they fixed it so try applying that:

Sorry, I am running CR 9.0 Developer Edition. It appears that the activex component is downloading and only being blocked when it tries to run the report.
