ActiveX control cannot be loaded

I developed a control that cannot be loaded by ActiveX Control container. the control is in debug config., but the container doesnt give any reason why it cannot loaded.

Have you checked the properties of your active-x controls from the IDE. e.g whether Public True/False etc
