I have repartee v7.48 (OS/2) connected to an NEAX 2400 IMX system for a hotel environment. The problem we are having is that repartee is setup with the Automated Wakeup call feature were our guest are able to setup their own wake up calls, but when repartee calls back at the specified time it starts playing the pre-recorded greeting regardless of whether the guest has picked up the phone call or not. This creates two problems: 1. we are unable to track down true failed call pick ups and 2. repartee won't re-try again failed calls because it assumes that the guest did pick up the call on the 1st attempt.
Our vendor of course is unable to help as they say that this version of repartee is an EOL product.
