Can anyone offer any help with connecting a pocketPC to an exchange server? I've installed activesync and i'm trying to locate my exchange server through the software, but it will not locate it. I've typed in the internal and external ip address, but have had no luck.

Any suggestions?

You need to install the cert for the server on the PDA. it will not work without it.

Depends on the PDA. Choices are to IE to OWA from the PDA and install it or copy it using Start, Settings, System, Certificates if you are running mobile 5 or higher.

It's a cingular 8125 Pocket PC... Windows 5.0.. Where do i get the certificate to copy on the the phone?

How about this... when activesync initializes... it asks for a server address for the exchange server. I have tried to input my internal ip, external ip, owa, and any other address that i could possibly think about, and it says it does not see an exchange server.
