Activesync turns on PDA

hi,

Activesync is turning ON my pda in line with the settings on the "mobile sync schedule" page. ie when the peak time/offpeak time is set to 5 minutes, the pda will turn on after being off for 5 minutes.

I would have thought this setting was only for when the pda was ON only??

I was hoping to have my inbox etc synced every 5 minutes etc when the PDA is ON, not when off !

BTW activesync 3.7.1, WME2003SE

Hello Andrew,

I am very surprised about your mail.
If you use Windows CE PDA and Outlook as mail client, with Activesync, all the data you have selected are automatically synced in real time between your PDA and mail client.

If you use Lotus Notes, you will problably have EasySync Pro and in that case, you must launch manually the synchronization.
