Active Directory Sync

Is there a way of forceing synchronizeing active directory?
In Nt 4 you could go into server manager and click on sync with PDC. I am trying to find the way in Win2k/2k3. Is there a script I can write to make this happen?

Yes, you can force ad to sync. Right click the dc's and you'll see the sync option. This is another way...

When I right-Click on a domain controller I don't get a Sync option I wll try the one from Microsoft.

Do you have to have SMS installed?
I dont have that program.

use replmon or repadmin to force a synch.
