Is it any user name?

I have seen in the past that old accounts cause problems.

yes when i create a new username, this shows up

"windows cannot set up password for <username> because:
the network path was not found
windows willl attempt to re-create the user object. if windows cannot re create the user object contact your system administrator."

i had i more problem, i made a mistake doing dcpromo and all my users are gone...any way i could retrieve them?
