Active Directory - photo extension

Recently I have updated my business NT domain to windows 2000 with Active Directory and now I would like to insert the employees photos in the standard Active Direcotory schema to create a employee database accessible from the web from ADSI.

I know it's possible but i've no idea...

anyone help me?

...I discovered it isn't necessary extend AD schema that already includes pictures propriety called thumbnailphoto & thumbnaillogo.

with VBS I'm able to read contained value in these variables with method obj.GET but I have problem with the obj.PUT method that seems doesn't accept octetstring values.
