Active Directory logon script speed 1

Hello, would anyone know if .vbs logon scripts are processed any faster than .bat in Active Directory. Generally very small scripts maybe 4 lines for mapping network drives. Looking for the fastest possible scripting solution, thanks in advance!

 
I don't have any docs to prove it but I believe that vb scripts are faster. I am taking a guess here but a bat file needs to open up a vm where as a vbscript (I believe) does not.
