Active directory and file server

Is it possible to integrate a win2k3 file server so that every domain user automaticly gets about 50 mb on a fileserver??

That's called a storage quota.

i know but is it possible that every user gets a dir on a file server only accessible by him and the admin. i want to integrate the file server into the active dir not only give access to the server

Create Home folders and enable Quota management.
