Active Directory and Exchange Manager error

Hi,
Im getting this error on my windows 2003 server when i open Active Directory or Exchange system Manager, they are both running on the same server.
Active Directory
Naming information cannot be located because:
Logon failed.

Exchange system Manager

Logon Failure: unknown user name and bad password.

Load the adminpack msi onto another computer and see if you can connect to AD from there. We discourage admins from logging into the DC's to run AD users and computers at our company. Everyone loads the admin tools on their client PC's and does a "runas" to connect to AD with an admin account on their client pc. You can also load the exchange admintools and do the same thing from a client PC.
