I have a form as part of my active desktop that allows users within the company to search for another employees phone number. It works well but when the form submits instead of updating the desktop it launches a new instance of internet explorer.

Anyway to get it to update the active desktop instead?

I did this with a google search at one point. If you can change your desktop than you can place the search page in an inner frame. I'm pretty sure that will keep it from opening into a new window and it will conitnue to simply execute in that inner frame on the desktop.
