Activation of "Inactive DN"

Hello all dear team,

Our one employee has shifted from 3rd floor to the ground floor.
Simply when he moved his extension is dead, Now I am seeing the same DN in inactive list.
There is no option to activate it. Just I can edit DN.


Can anybody help me to fix this, How to activate inactive DN to Active?

I am using
Nortel Business Element Manager
BCM 450R1 Element Manager

You need to activate the jack if the phone is dead.

Can you tell the procedure to activate the jack? thanks in adv.

Connect the wires from the jack to the phone system, you need to call a vendor to to do this for you.
