I'm starting a 50 user rollout after the initial test units are out there, and have found that for a couple of users the wireless activation will not complete leaving the calendar out of sync, or with the activation percentage completed going backwards instead of up. The culprit may be users who have excessive volume of emails (3000+) in their GW inbox, but I can't tell them to delete as they are upper management levels. Using BES 4.0 with service packs installed, Groupwise 6.5, fully wireless activation. Unable to get the BB back to do desktop manager synch as user is travelling - if I force a new activation wirelessly (getting user to enter password) I'm worried he may lose any function he already has. Any suggestions?
