Hello,
I have a problem with activation of simple BB infrastructure.
Only 5 PDAs should be part at the moment.

Mailserver: W2003 SP1 + Exchange 2003 SP1
BES: W2K SP4 + BES 4.0(to check exact version, how to?)

The BES box is a black box: grey actually... ;-)
Infact hw provided by Vodafone via Italian partner.
Sw (base OS + BES) installed by Vdf partner.

We have problems because we are not able to activate the user.
The PDA is 7100 provided by Vdf in Italy.

They are talking about problems already had with this precise configuration, that rim is trying to solve.....

Any one is using successfully my configuration (in particular at mail server side, service packs included)?
Thanks in advance.
Gianluca

Hello Gianluca, on the BES server you need to update the MDAC2.8 this will let you activate wirelessly.
