Activating SA8202 for intra switch CDR?

We are looking at activating SA8202 for intra switch CDR however we ran across the warning below when reachering this. Currently we are S8710 CM 3.1.5. Has anyone run into issues when activating this? Should we stay away from this? Thanks in advance for the reply!

This is standard nomenclature. You just need to fully understand the consequences of turning the feature on. There are situations where specific applications may have interactions which cause something to function differently than what is described in the Feature Manaual or the Special Application may not be fully integrated so it works in very specific situations. You should ask for the application notes so that you are cognizant of any impact.
