Activate ODN2

hi all

im trying to activate a second line on one of my user's extension.
i tried running the below commands:
ksdmi:dir=xxxx,key=12,ktype=fcn,fcn=ODN2; error NOT ACCEPTED MDN

ksdmi:dir=xxxx,key=12,mdn=xxxx,ktype=fcn,fcn=ODN2; error TOO MANY PARAMATERS ENTERED

ksfkc:dir=xxxx,key=12,FCN=ODN2; error UBKNOWN COMMAND

Im using WinFIOL-MD110 and its a digital extension.

KSFKCIR=XXXX,KEY=YY,FCN=ODN2;

pls post the print KSFKPIR=XXXX;

The problem is here
ksdmi:dir=xxxx,key=12,ktype=fcn,fcn=ODN2; error NOT ACCEPTED MDN

Key 12 is not a FCN key.

Hi

I think you should use the command KSFKC instead of KSMDI.

It should work.

KSFKC:dir=xxxx,key=xx,fcn=ODN2;

Make sure the key is free.
