Activate forward number 1

Hi,

A client ask me to activate a shortcode for forward to antoher number. Now they have a queue with a message. They want change between de queue or forward number.

I'm trying to this:

First i created user variable

I created to modules on Voicemail pro, each module with a user variable, with two values.

Then i created 2 shortcodes. *99 "NameofModule" and Voicemailpro fuction.


Then in a module that i have the call flow i created a User Test Variable to check if is user variable is true or not.

But i cannot change the state of variable with shorcodes, I need some help.... Thanks!

Create a module the user can dial that changes the user variable. Either one module for enable and another to disable or a single module with a menu that asks the user to set the value or a module that reads the current value and sets the variable to the opposite value. A short confirmation announcement helps the user to know what he did.
