a number of users in our offices are experiencing intermittent issues viewing word 2000/2003 attachments on records in ACT - this is occuring on client machines as well as on the server and terminal server versions.... any ideas what could be causing this.
What version of ACT! - full build from Help | About?
Are they in Notes, History, Document tab?
Does ACT! show the correct icon in tab?
How are you trying to view them?
