ACT! E-mail Help quickly please.

Hi. I'm having a major problem with sending a mass e-mail through act 2000. When I hit "send", it says duplicate names have been found and asks me to pick 1. Only 1. It then seems to default right out of sending the e-mail. I don't think I've just sent this thing 15 times, but I could have. It hasn't shown up in my "sent items" in outlook or in the history for the contacts, but I'm not sure.

ACT! Email as it is in ACT! 5.x was never intended for mass email. How many are you trying to send? If this is something you need to do regularly, I would suggest you look into CoolerEmail (

http://www.cooleremail.com)

which has an ACT! link developed by one of the top ACT consultants (

http://www.pinpointtools.com).

If you are not seeing it in Notes/History (is the option checked?) or in sent items, then I would suggest it ain't happenin'! Wihtough knowing more about your setup and connections is is difficult to say much more that is helpful.
