I am having a problem customizing the New Opportunity in ACT!. When you open a new opportunity in ACT!, you have the ability to select/add a new product, and add information in the following fields: Item #, Quantity, Cost, Price, Adj. Price, Discount and Subtotal. Our organization does not need all of those fields (Item #, Quantity, Cost, Price, Adj. Price, Discount and Subtotal) and I would like to remove some of them(Item #, Cost, Adj. Price, and Discount). I have been searching online and in several help books but cannot find any instructions on how to remove those fields. Additionally, these fields are pre-populated with zeros; I also cannot find any information on keeping these fields empty when a new opportunity is opened. I would appreciate any assistance or guidance you can provide to me - or at least a point in the right direction. Thank you in advance!!!
