Does the 3001: Avaya IP Office Configuration and Maintenance Exam automatically gives me the ACSC certification or there is another exam that I need to take. Thanks in advance.

How many questions are on the 3001 exam...and sites that can help prep

ACSS need to pass at pearson vue site and you are alone on a local with a computer
no cell phone, no internet, pratiquely naked with a dude looking you on a camera loll.
If i remember he have 50 or 60 questions to answer about

a lot of network questions... not so hard but... some tricky question..

I believe you will need to obtain the acis cert before you can go for the acss certification.

no ! ACIS are not available anymore, you can pass AIPS online if you want but not obligation to pass ACSS

The emphasis should be on the class (mandatory), not the test.

When I got my Mitel certification, we had 4 days (32 hours) of training, then at the end of day 4 we had to default the system. On day 5, you received a fictional scenarion that you had to setup. You could use all the notes you wanted; after all the help files (F1) are there anyways!

I believe class makes you better, not cheesy tests. I know 2-3 guys at our shop went straight to the 2nd level test (don't know the name) without class and passed. That doesn't prove much.

I have been to classes and have found out that being in the trenches is where you really start to learn the product, nothing like on the job training, of course classes are good followed by on the job training.

The best way is to go with an old guy (sorry intrigrant ) and get the guy a lot of coffee and then break it.
When the old guy is still laughing then there is no reason to have stress and just try to fix it.
When the old guy starts to get stressed or starts swearing then start getting some coffee again and step aside and have a good watch!

Yes i know, few week a go i schedule the exam to pass the ACIS and i have make a mistake. I have pass the ACSS.... After i confirm with DevConnect learning ACIS are discontinued because on october a new grade coming i think so the must of the exam, you can pass online relax at your office and your best friend Knowledge base but ACSS directly on the site with a gwantanamo guy looking you with a camera on the side directly on your face to convince you to not cheating !!! loll

I know I also have 5 acss certifications as well as 3 acis certs, it seems that every time I kill myself to get these certs that Avaya shortly after will discontinue these, drives me crazy! but what are you gonna do
