My customer has an ACS R7.0 91K with a T1 and says the system resets occasionally. If she is on a call when this happens the screen goes blank and comes back on in a few seconds. I looked at the maint. logs and there are no errors on the T1 however there are a lot of reset events. 36 power up coldstarts and 50 software initiated cold starts. She seems to think this started after the T1 vendor made some changes. The problem is sporadic, maybe once a week, sometimes a few times a day or sometimes once a month. I powered down and reseated all of the modules. Any ideas?? Thanks in advance.
