ACS r3.0 voicemail system cuts of the message

When someone leaves a message I am only able to hear part of the message. The system is cutting the message short. This occurs in every voicemail box.

How do i reset the box. Remove it? open it? program it? or repalce it?

i reset the voicemail and had to redo the greeting.. but the voicemail issue of not letting me listen to the entrie message is still not working like it used to last week
