Set up is as follows:
slot 1: 308EC
slot 2: Partner Mail VS R5
slot 3: ACS R2
slot 4: 308EC
slot 5: 308EC
Just to be sure...when counting the lines in the Partner, Lines 01-03 are on the processor, right? And if the middle port (may be the line..don't know for sure since i'm in Jax, FL and the system is in Chicago) on the 308 in slot 1 is dead, that would be Line 05...Right?
Here's where things get weird.
The lines are broken into two groups: group one, 01-07, is working just fine; group two, 08-12, says that Line 09 is dead and if some one is using Line 08, then the calls never go to the receptionist, never roll to voice mail, blah blah blah. It just rings ad infinitum.
What I don't get is why if Line 05 is the dead one, Line 09 is acting up... ???
