I have just taken the IPO ACS elective exam. Passed it! It wasn't too bad, mine was around 60 questions with plenty of time to take it. A good variety of questions covering all aspects of IPO: hardware, call-handling - users, huntgroups, shortcodes, embedded vm on SMO, VM Pro, Phone Manager, SoftConsole, and of course - Monitor application - also questions on using QSIG and questions pertaining to SCNs.
