Customer swears that this is how their system use to work.
4 CO lines
All 4 Lines Ring immediately on Extension 10 for 3 rings
Then Rings 3 times on Extension 12 (extension 10 no longer rings at this point)
Then Rings 3 times on Extension 15 (extensions 10 and 12 no longer ring at this point)
Then Rings 2 Times back on Extension 10 before going to the Voice Mail for Extension 10

Are they crazy? Or am I?

Thanks Guys

Not going to happen on a Partner, not even with a Messaging Module and a bunch of tweaks.

Staying with Avaya, IP Office will do it no sweat

Is this a one-or-the-other question? I don't think that they are mutually exclusive.

Does customer assert that the PACSR7 did this? Or some other "former" system?
I agree with TTTommy - sequence could MAYBE be done using some awful rigs (looping stations to trunks, etc) - but certainly not within the realm of normal config.
ALSO - what customers are going to wait thru 11 rings before leaving a message?

Thought they were crazy. I've never seen an ACS work the way they say it did.
Went on site again today and told them it can't be done.
And to explain the scenario to me again.
Wouldn't you know it. The Owner was there and they changed their story.
The Boss said he wants it to Ring 3 times at Ext 10.
Then Ring 3 times to Ext 12 and 15 at the same time.
Then dump to Voice Mail for Extension 10.
Piece of Cake. Done and out the door
