ACS 7.0 and Voicemail setup

I can not get the Voicemail system to initiate with my new ACS 7.0 processor card. On a handset i press Intercom 777 and it just rings, i am never able to get into the phone system.
I dont know what i am doing wrong here
 
Did you assign the correct ports in the vm huntgroup?

We all need a little help once in awhile. Tony the Phoneman..
 
I'm not sure, I think I set these up, but is there a way to double check?

You would need to list the modules in your system, their order in the cabinet, and which voice mail including the number of ports.
 
We have a Grey 5 card Carrier with the following cads in order from Left to Right
206 R2.0, 308 EC, ACS 509 Processor ACS7, 206 R2.0, Partner Messaging R7 with a 2 port card
 
OK, your voice mail ports are 39 & 40.

To test them, press Intercom and dial each on, see if it answers.

Programming wise, you need #505-7-39-1 and #505-7-40-1.

Then you need to check #505-7-(10 through 38, 41 through 57, 76, 78, and 79) and be sure they are set to 2-Not Assigned.
 
Perfect - that works much better now. I had that configured all wrong.
