What confuses me is that it does not have a admin port so what port do I use to interface the system? I tried the SMDR port but could not connect. I have the program loaded and using the AT&T 355f adapter (Db 25- RJ45)I connected to the parallel port of my computer but still can not access the system. What am I doing wrong? Help!Help! this system needs to up by AM.

The RAC card referenced above provides a MODEM on Ext. 76. You launch the software, dial into your system (several options - out on a line and back in through a live call, auto attendant, or from a station port programmed to grab intercom first), then transfer to Ext. 76. Once you connect, you will get the password prompt, then you can download the translations, modify them, upload the result, and restart the phone system with the new translations.
