I have a Partner ACS 3.0, 9X48. Intermittanly it won't break dial tone on all outside lines. I put a digit grabber on the line and could see the digits though. Resetting the system get them working again. This first showed up 6 months ago. I had moved the system and installed the cards in a different carrier. So when it first happened I reseated all the cards and verified the ground.
Now this has started happening again almost daily we have to reset the system. I thought the TT decoders were in each module. So why the problem spans all the modules have me stumped. I plan on swapping out the CPU, but have my doubts about if that is really the problem. Any thoughts?
